We’re seeking a technically-minded, AI-literate GTM Engineer to join our team and help build the systems that power growth. This role blends automation, AI tooling, and business strategy to remove bottlenecks across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your mission is to make our go-to-market (GTM) engine faster, smarter, and more scalable.
As a GTM Engineer, you’ll architect solutions that drive revenue – from automating lead enrichment to building outbound campaigns to integrating our tools into a unified GTM stack. You’ll collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to build and deploy efficient systems that unlock new growth opportunities.
Additionally, you will engage in continuous research and evaluation of emerging AI tools to enhance productivity, staying abreast of the latest technological advancements. This proactive approach ensures our team remains at the forefront of innovation, integrating cutting-edge solutions into our workflows. This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about AI-driven innovation and scientific discovery.
Key Responsibilities
Prompt Engineering & AI Tooling: Use tools like Clay, Zapier, and n8n to build automated GTM workflows.
Sales Enablement Systems: Build solutions that enrich inbound leads, prioritize accounts, and provide reps with actionable intelligence.
GTM Stack Integration: Connect APIs and tools across the GTM ecosystem to streamline processes (CRM, email, chat, data enrichment tools).
Custom Automation & Workflows: Identify bottlenecks and implement no-code/low-code automations that save time and scale output.
Lead Generation Innovation: Monitor digital platforms using AI to identify and engage ideal prospects based on ICP signals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, product, and ops to build tools and dashboards that support key KPIs.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze funnel data to optimize conversion and operational efficiency.
Proof of Concept Development: Build and test GTM solutions rapidly, gathering feedback and iterating quickly.
Customer Consultation: Collaborate with external partners to design, implement, and support GTM automation initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
Understanding of AI, machine learning, and neural networks, including deep learning frameworks is a plus.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java for AI model development is a plus.
Experience with data analysis, model training, and performance evaluation is a plus.
Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills for AI-driven challenges.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with researchers and engineers.
Interest in AI and autonomous systems.
