Robot Concierge Innovation:
Support the development of robot concierge concepts for hospitality environments such as hotels, tourism centers, and guest-facing spaces.
Help evaluate how robotics can enhance guest interaction, information delivery, service convenience, and overall visitor experience.
Industry Research and User Requirements:
Research hospitality and tourism industry trends, service expectations, and operational challenges.
