Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Intern to join our team at FloLabs Innovations Group , where you'll collaborate with our marketing and design teams to create engaging social media content, foster community interaction, and support brand awareness campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, contributing to impactful digital projects that showcase our AI-driven innovations and robotics solutions.

As a Social Media Intern, you will develop creative content, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends, ensuring that our brand presence remains dynamic and relevant across platforms.

Additionally, you will engage in continuous research and evaluation of emerging AI tools to enhance productivity, staying abreast of the latest technological advancements. This proactive approach ensures our team remains at the forefront of innovation, integrating cutting-edge solutions into our workflows.

Key responsibilities

Create engaging, creative content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all content aligns with our brand messaging, tone, and visual style.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community interaction, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and viral content, proposing new ideas for posts, campaigns, and challenges.
Assist in social media campaigns, including content scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting insights.
Explore AI-powered content creation platforms, enhancing workflow efficiency and post creativity.

Qualifications and skills

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, ensuring unique and engaging social content.
Strong communication skills, both written and visual, for social storytelling.
Familiarity with social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting cross-functional projects.
Self-motivated with a passion for emerging social media trends and AI-driven content creation tools
